𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐬 Many of my clients are high-functioning, career-minded individuals who are perfectionistic and exhausted by their own standards. Sometimes there's autism or OCD in the picture, sometimes it's just a very over-controlled coping style. Some of these clients are struggling to launch into the life they want and constantly judging themselves; others are living a life that looks "perfect" on the surface, yet find difficulty being present. Either way, I help them build flexibility and learn that loosening control doesn't mean everything falls apart. 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 I coach parents of children with behavioral or emotional issues to use strategies that actually work. Oftentimes these children are gifted, have a diagnosis of ASD or ADHD, or have recently experienced a life change. In our work, you will learn to combine evidence-based behaviorism with conscious, child-centered parenting so you can support your child without losing your connection or your sanity. 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬 Often families are struggling with disconnection and communication issues. I help them understand the pattern, not just the content of the fights, and build new ways of communicating and connecting. I teach ways to begin incorporating new skills in every day life while actively practicing new communication methods in session.
